When you work with Travel With Nikki you get focused attention to your specific travel priorities during your Walt Disney World vacation. You have access to someone to plan and arrange your trip, and you have access to personalized recommendations and an itinerary crafted just for you. We help you determine what is going to make this trip special and unique to you and offer our professional ideas and suggestions based on your goals. Our research and coordination of all the details, including providing a final park part touring itinerary, will helps ensure as smooth of a vacation as possible.

For research, planning and design services on a theme park vacations there is we charge a non-refundable planning fee. This covers the coordination of land arrangements, which may include hotels, car rentals, transfers, wheelchair/scooter mobility needs rentals, stroller rentals, tours, insurance options, restaurant recommendations and dining reservations within the resort. You are welcome to book any part of your package on your own directly with travel suppliers, although Iit It is our intention to provide excellent service and value throughout your travel process, from the planning stages through booking and, finally, the welcome home as you return from your trip. Note: we cannot make any changes to any direct travel reservations s you make with hotels or tour operators. Assistance with air arrangements including day of flight changes and travel delays is not included.

  • Tips on how to get the most out of accessary your other purchases such as Memory Maker

  • Walt Disney World Dining Recommendations and making your dining reservations 60 days in advance of your park days.

  • Park Touring Tip sheets for each park

  • Suggested Touring Plans tailored to your family's needs

  • Tips on how to effectively use Genie+ and which rides it is most valuable for

  • Advice on which Lightning Lightning Lanes will be to your advantage 

  • Recommendations for transportation from the airport, stroller and scooter rentals, delivery services and more to enhance your WDW visit

I agree with the terms and conditions herein and engage Travel With Nikki to research my vacation plans and provide concierge services. I understand that this fee is non-refundable, whether or not I move forward with the travel plan provided by Worth the Trip Travel or decide to book travel myself or with another travel partner.
